    They would honour each other and their marriage and his ordination more if they said nothing publicly. Too much pressure as I see it. Many priests who used have housekeepers lived celibately. Most do not have housekeepers in recent decades that I am aware of,

    Frist, Dcn. Cornelius should understand the difference between the vow of chastity and celibacy . Second and more importantly why in the world would a man a women’s sex life become news. There are many Episcopal Priests that have entered the Roman Rite and never were asked to take such a vow. To bring attention to such a vow without discussion of greater purpose makes us look silly. Deacon Cornelius vowed and received the Sacrament of Matrimony first. I am most concerned about the unusual press coverage, who needs this kind of attention.
